Confidentiality terms for RezRank customer setup and recruiting workspace access.

Confidential Information

Confidential information includes candidate resumes, job descriptions, recruiter notes, hiring manager context, scoring outputs, shortlist reports, and customer talent data. It also includes RezRank's product concepts, platform workflows, scoring approach, AI-assisted evaluation methods, user experience, feature roadmap, pricing, business processes, and any information marked or reasonably understood as confidential.

Permitted Use

Customer candidate and hiring data may be used only to provide, administer, support, and improve authorized RezRank recruiting workflows for that customer. RezRank will not use a customer's confidential candidate or talent information to recruit from, solicit, or disadvantage that customer's candidates, employees, applicants, or hiring pipeline.

RezRank Platform Protection

Customers may not copy, reverse engineer, disclose, resell, recreate, or use RezRank's confidential workflows, scoring logic, prompts, report structure, product designs, or business methods to build or help build a competing product or service.

Protection

Customers and RezRank agree to use reasonable care to protect confidential information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
