Can we remove a recruiter who leaves?

Yes. RezRank support and protected admin workflows can disable users who should no longer have workspace access.

Do annual plans change the seat limits?

No. Annual billing lowers the monthly equivalent cost, but seat limits and product access stay tied to the selected plan.

What happens if we exceed our AI token allocation?

RezRank tracks monthly AI usage. If a workspace reaches its allocation, admins can upgrade or contact support to review usage.
