Information We Process

RezRank may process account details, company workspace information, job descriptions, candidate resumes, hiring manager context, ranking outputs, usage analytics, and billing metadata needed to operate the platform.

Candidate Data

Candidate materials are used to generate recruiter-facing analysis, ranking explanations, shortlist reports, and related hiring workflow outputs. Customers should only upload data they are authorized to process.

AI Processing

RezRank sends ranking requests through secure backend services to supported AI providers. The platform is designed to keep provider credentials out of the browser and preserve tenant separation.

Data Retention

Customer workspace data may be retained while an account is active unless deletion is requested or required by agreement. Enterprise customers may request custom retention procedures.
